These terms apply when you book an appointment with Bollywood Beauty Salon Incthrough this website or our booking app.

Booking an appointment

When you book online you are requesting a time. The salon confirms it. In almost every case the time you chose is the time you get, but occasionally a stylist’s day changes and we will contact you to arrange another.

Same-day appointments can be booked up to one hour before the slot. Earlier times are not offered because the salon needs notice to prepare.

Payment

You pay at the salon. We do not take payment online and we do not ask for card details on this website or in the booking app. If anything claiming to be us asks you to pay online, it is not us.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are read directly from the salon’s own booking system, so what you see here is what the front desk charges.

Some services vary with hair length, thickness or condition, and the final price can differ from the starting price shown. Your stylist will tell you before starting, not after finishing. Prices can change; the price that applies is the one in effect on the day of your visit.

Eyebrow threading loyalty card

Pay for five eyebrow threadings and your sixth is free. Your count is tracked for you at the front desk, so there is no card to carry or lose. The count applies to eyebrow threading, is tied to your client record, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Changing or cancelling

Please give us at least two hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel, by calling 650-938-2400. That is usually enough for us to offer the time to someone else, and it means your stylist is not left waiting.

If you booked within that two-hour window — same-day appointments can be made up to an hour beforehand — just call as soon as you know.

If you miss appointments repeatedly without telling us, we may ask you to book by phone in future rather than online. We would rather keep online booking open to everyone, so this is only for clients who regularly do not arrive.

If we have to change your appointment, we will contact you using the phone number or email address on your booking.

Arriving late

We will always try to fit you in, but a late arrival may mean a shorter service or a different time, because the stylist has clients after you.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate contact details — a wrong phone number means we cannot reach you if something changes. Tell your stylist about allergies, skin sensitivities, recent treatments or medical conditions that could affect a service, before it begins.

We keep the information here accurate and up to date. Photographs on the site illustrate the services we offer; they are not a guarantee of a particular result, which depends on your hair and skin.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
